Sorry, but due to the nature of these products no refunds will be honored. Once transactions has been verified, I can provide you with links to download. CD's with files will be mailed for an additional $20.00 fee that will cover both shipping costs as well as packaging. Insurance costs are additional when sent via regular mail.
